Robert McMahon, a State of California licensed Landscape Architect, with over thirty years of professional experience, formed RMA International Inc. in 2005 with offices in Huntington Beach and Santa Barbara, California.

RMA International Inc.  is a multi-disciplined landscape architecture and planning firm which provides research, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, administration and cost estimating services specializing in:

Mr. McMahon has directed efforts on the following projects:

 

Bacara Resort & Spa – Goleta, California- Principal Designer in preparing conceptual design studies, construction documents and construction administration for an 85-acre resort hotel site.

 

One and Only Ocean Club Resort- Paradise Island Nassau, Bahamas- Principal Designer in preparing conceptual design studies, construction documents and construction administration for a 46-acre resort hotel site.

Kanantik Resort & Residential Community, Belize – Principal Designer in developing an overall landscape master plan for a 5,000 acre residential community with an 18 hole golf course.

 

The Lighthouse Reef Atoll, Northern Two and Sanbore Caye, Belize – Principal Designer in developing an overall landscape master plan with reception building, 160 over water villa bungalows, a 250 boat slip marina, four restaurants and an airport for a 200 acre island resort.

 

Zhongshan Hilton Resort- Zhongshan, China– Principal Designer in developing an overall landscape master plan resort hotel site with a golf clubhouse, spa, guard entrance building, restaurants, natural lakes, swimming pools and a wedding garden for a 140 acre community located on a golf course.

 

Yan Yao Resort Community-Weihai, China – Principal Designer in developing an overall landscape master plan and architectural building styles for 300 residential villas, a 400 room resort hotel site along with a golf course clubhouse in a China seaside resort community.

 

Sinaloa Community Park and Miniature Golf Course– Simi Valley, California – Principal Designer in developing an overall landscape  master plan and conceptual designs along with city entitlement processing for a 30 acre community park and three Miniature Golf Course project.

 

City Wide Street Tree Master plan - City of Seal Beach, California - Principal Designer to incorporate the City approved street tree planting recommendations; develop a comprehensive City Wide Street Tree Master Plan along with Landscape Design Guidelines and maintenance specifications for the City of Seal Beach’s forestry.
